The hotel location was perfect and great to the bus stand. Our queen room was beautifully decorated and amazing, had city view.

The breakfast here is fantastic and the staff does a great job keeping everything clean and well-stocked.

The breakfast was sensational with toasts and natural orange juice, paying attention to little details. I booked an economy room for 1 night and had a very nice stay.

the venue was great value and comfortable, i enjoyed the location close enough to the center of arrasate, the bus stand and beautiful and interesting old town, and city views. double room was reasonably large and huge. everything was perfect and the staff was really helpful and caring.

The breakfast here includes refreshing natural orange juice.

This place's location is just perfect - only a short 10-15 minute walk away from Monterron Park, which was super convenient.

I always return to this hotel. The staff suggested local attractions during my first visit. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a bar, and a flat-screen TV. I'll be back for Christmas!

The hotel was in a perfect and great location near to Arrasate, and Bilbao and San Sebastian for what we wanted it for.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the charming town of Arrasate. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even helped us find parking and brought our luggage to the room. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a stocked fridge and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The hotel is conveniently located near the tourism office and just a short walk from the bus stand.

The hotel was located right in the center of the town, with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. it was convenient to go directly to the public car park located under the square. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, with little extra touches like a floor standing fan and blackout curtains.

The lack of an elevator could be difficult for guests with disabilities.
